Our practice of family therapists is growing. We are eager to find clinicians who are enthusiastic, dedicated, and creative, licensed clinical (or soon to be licensed) therapists to see couples, individuals, and families remotely or at any of our locations. 

If you are looking to understand private practice or a place to grow, add additional training and certifications, and develop your skills in a supportive environment…we offer coaching inside our group!

Candidates who work well with a team and want to specialize but need more exposure are welcome. Our team is close, we value sharing and supporting each other.

This is a position with competitive pay and work/life balance for full-time and part-time clinicians.

We Offer

• electronic health record to document progress notes seamlessly

• billing department to handle claims on your clients' behalf

 

Responsibilities

• You will counsel couples, individuals, or families and serve as someone they can count on to empower them to have healthier relationships.

• Minimal paperwork. We employ administrative staff to handle insurance billing for our therapists.

• We expect our therapists to work anywhere between 12 and 30 hours per week.

• Our website is an excellent referral source, and often clients will come to you. Marketing yourself will help you grow your caseload faster and we will help you build those skills.
